Describe the bug

It's not currently possible to link an existing account with a Telegram account because in "Connected services" in account settings there's no "Connect" button next to a Telegram source.

How to reproduce

1. Set up a Telegram source
2. As any existing user, got to Settings -> Connected services
3. There's no "Connect" button next to the Telegram source you've created

Expected behavior

There should be be a "Connect" button next to the Telegram source. When clicked it should allow you to "log in with Telegram" and connect that Telegram account to the current user account.
