In #149 we describe a use case that can fully develop into a product of it's own, based on information we received from our economic consultant Eliezer.
This idea is similar but simpler - a project to rate munis on a "standards scale", based on their adherence to a number of metrics that define an official and compliant budget.
We recommend this feature being done as an API project.
