How to define new Aliases? #220

@Delapro

Description

@Delapro

Browsing through the source code I came to this line:

pear/constants.js

Lines 39 to 42 in b176263

const ALIASES = {
keet: hypercoreid.decode('oeeoz3w6fjjt7bym3ndpa6hhicm8f8naxyk11z4iypeoupn6jzpo'),
runtime: hypercoreid.decode('nkw138nybdx6mtf98z497czxogzwje5yzu585c66ofba854gw3ro')
}

Is this really the place where Aliases are defined? Or is there any other way? Maybe some central registry :-), well I meant a hypercore?

Is there documentation which describes how to get hold of a new alias?
