for KEP-4330 Compatibility versions, a blog or can we give some example processes to guide users? #3263

Description

@pacoxu

I saw the discussion in https://kubernetes.slack.com/archives/C2P1JHS2E/p1763591840609879.

During the safer upgradation process, we may use --emulation-version and --min-compatibility-version.
To support it in kubeadm, it is not decided yet.

For now, I think kubeadm should do nothing, except a blog/guide about how to use extraArgs to complete the process.
