Allow user to configure whether the {PWD} is always mounted into /app #58
Description
There may be certain circumstances where having your host directory auto-mounted into /app would be undesirable.
This behaviour should be configurable.
Example in https://github.com/govCMS/scaffold/blob/develop/docker-compose.yml#L15-L22 the /app is explicitly not mounted, and subdirs are instead
