Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Would be great to have the support for loading/unloading LoRAs:

  1. Initially start with static loading.
  2. Eventually support dynamic.

Describe the solution approach you'd like
LoRAs either defined similar to the base model config, or a separate config for LoRA extending the base model's CR..
