TypeError: Magento\ProductAlert\Model\UpdateThemeParams::beforeGetTemplateFileName(): Argument #2 ($template) must be of type string, null given, called in /vendor/magento/framework/Interception/Interceptor.php on line 121 and defined in /vendor/magento/module-product-alert/Model/UpdateThemeParams.php:46

argument $template should be ?string, some blocks does not have templates.
The original has $template (without typization)

Also, this is an issue with the email area, it would be great to replace this with etc/email/di.xml
