Migrate to Hugo #126
Description
Migrate website to be generated by Hugo due to no/less dependency requirements.
The current source doesn't build under modern Jekyll, and so work is required either way. At the same time, removing the dependency on Ruby + Jekyll should make the website maintenance easier (Hugo is a stand alone binary).
