All I Get Is Every LED Lit Up? #9

Description

@madmacks59

I've installed MicroPython on a Pico (original), installed the libraries, and wired up as shown. When I execute the code every single LED turns on, and stays on.

import max7219 from machine import Pin, SPI #spi = SPI(0) spi = SPI(0, 100000, mosi=Pin(7), sck=Pin(6)) display = max7219.Matrix8x8(spi, Pin(5), 4) display.text('1234',0,0,1) display.show()
I then explicitly defined the SPI pins thinking something was funky with communications. I'm stumped...

When I hook the LED unit (it's a 32x8 unit made by Hiletgo) to an Arduino Uno and use standard libraries everything works just fine. So it's got to me some issue with the library implementation in MicroPython or my test code...
