tsgo will use the cached tsbuildinfo file of the tsc

I have monorepo of multiple apps inside.

my_mono_repo
 - apps
    - my_app
 - libs
    - lib_1
    - lib_2 

Already generated the tsconfig.tsbuildinfo for all those monorepo apps using tsc in build mode tsc -b or incremental:true as configuration option in taconfig.

when I run the tsgo -p apps/my_app/tsconfig.json , will that use the tsconfig.tsbuildinfo already generated.

Another Question If I use

tsgo -p apps/my_app/tsconfig.json --incremental 

will that generate the tsconfig.tsbuildinfo file?
