Can't download kosmos-2.pt checkpoint, ERROR 403

The problem arises when using:

• my own modified scripts: (give details below)

When i am using

to download the kosmos-2.pt checkpoint, it shows

ERROR 403: Key based authentication is not permitted on this storage account..

Is there any other way to download the kosmos-2.pt checkpoint?
