404 when downloading wheels

Summary

When preferWheels is true, the build fails with error 404 while fetching from pythonhosted.org.
The example below uses MarkupSafe, but other packages, e.g. pyyaml, cffi are also affected.
I know it was working at different point in time and different pinned version of everything.
I'm not sure whether it's a fault of poetry2nix, pythonhosted/pypi, or something else.

From my investigation the issue manifested itself with the nixos-25.05 commit. The commit before merge to the branch passes.

39c739f6ef3e staging-next-25.05 iteration 1 - 2025-06-20 (#418358)

I have not yet been able to find the commit merge by 39c739f6ef3e that causes this issue. Running a git bisect now but it may take a LONG time to get there...

My comment was wrong. It has nothing to do with NIX IIUC. The problem is with pypi publishing location IIUC.
