Describe the bug
The placeholder text for the "Region" dropdown under Settings > Info displays as "Please select your undefined" instead of a proper label like "Please select your region." This seems to be a missing or misconfigured localization key in the frontend.

To Reproduce

1. Go to your Open Collective dashboard e.g.:

https://opencollective.com/dashboard/yourUsernameHere/info

2. In the left sidebar, click 'Settings > Info'.
3. With a country selected and no region selected yet. Scroll down to the address section.
4. Observe the Region dropdown - the placeholder text says "Please select your undefined."

Expected behavior
The dropdown should show an appropriate placeholder such as "Please select your region".
