LaTeX command \cancel works in MathJax but not hardcopy

The \cancel command works when displaying math using MathJax, but leads to errors when generating hardcopy because LaTeX requires the cancel package to be loaded.

Can we add \usepackage{cancel} to webwork2.sty in order to make the list of available commands more consistent between MathJax and LaTeX?

Are there other packages that MathJax uses that would need to be explicitly loaded by LaTeX?

Part of the issue is MathJax will autoload extensions as they are needed, while LaTeX requires they are explicitly stated. I'm unsure if it is worth including every possibility, or just add them on a case by case basis as they get used and issues get reported. Wonder if it is worth having some method ADD_LATEX_PACKAGE or something that can be used in more rare cases vs loading everything by default.
