Python tool depending on libxml2 and libxlst cannot be installed

When I try to install strictdoc from my tap repo I get this error due to dependency on libxml2 and libxslt:

$ brew install strictdoc

How can I fix this issue?

Have you tried adding

depends_on "libxml2"
depends_on "libxslt"

to your formula?
