failure to build bottles using github actions

Description of issue

using the usual i use to update the bottle artifacts for my self hosted taps i started seeing a new error arise both in my personal tap, and in the homebrew-freecad tap. not sure if it's something related with test-bot or if something updated with brew recently.

in my tests.yml file i have the below snippet,

This looks identical to Homebrew/brew#20448, which seems to be closed.

If brew update doesn't help, I suggest opening a new issue at Homebrew/brew.

Edit: reopened the Homebrew/brew issue. Feel free to comment there.

Thank you so much for looking into this! Unfortunately, even after merging Homebrew/brew#20460 it still errors out for me. This time it doesn't print any errors and just exits with error code 1.

@imunproductive was brew livecheck failing before? A few other affected people say that it's fixed for them now and you no longer seem to be seeing any errors related to this? Please report an issue when you have local reproduction instructions. You may also find --debug or HOMEBREW_DEBUG helpful in either your pipeline or local reproduction. Thanks!

it seems the first part of the bottling process is working. ie. successfully built the bottle for the formula in the previously mentioned comments. now i'm getting the same error message using pr-pull label with the publish.yml workflow file,
