Description of issue

We are from the Google Cloud CLI team and would like to be added as maintainers for the gcloud-cli cask.

Our goal is to assist with code reviews and ensure the quality of the cask. Could you please add the following GitHub users as maintainers and set them as default reviewers for pull requests on this cask? Thank you!

Hello. Homebrew does not operate like other package managers that have individual package maintainers. Our maintainer team oversees all formulae and casks. You are welcome to open a PR requesting changes to the cask file if you'd like, but our team will make the final decision if they are appropriate to merge.
