Description of issue

I want to install some packages like gh. Including this, a lot of packages depends on brewed gcc. Then, the installation of gcc failed on AlmaLinux 9.5 as configured above with the following error message.

I'd like to know how to successfully install gcc, or if there is any alternative ways to proceed to install packages which depend on gcc.

Please run brew update and try again; now that Homebrew/homebrew-core#245107 is merged, you should be able to install gcc from bottle (i.e., without the need to build it from source).

Thank you! gcc (as well as binutils and other packages) were installed from bottle without any problems now.
