Description of issue

Did a brew update ; brew upgrade today and it updated rtorrent and libtorrent to v0.16.2

Since then, nearly every torrent I try to download crashes rtorrent with the following error:

Its possible this is torrent related, but I get this error from multiple torrents that I've tried, and I've never seen this error before in many years of using rtorrent, so it would be a hell of a coincidence.

This should be reported to https://github.com/rakshasa/libtorrent/issues as upstream added a 4KB page size requirement at rakshasa/libtorrent@89b7d72 but arm64 macOS uses 16KB and aarch64 Linux allows up to 64KB
