Our Portable Ruby builds currently require a minimum of the equivalent to an Intel Core 2 from 2006. This is a lower requirement than x86_64-v2 that some Linux distributions are starting to require recently. The Core 2 requirement means that the builds require the usual 64-bit instructions plus MMX, SSE, SSE2, SSE3 (called "pni" in procinfo), SSSE3, CX16, LAHF/SAHF ("lahf_lm") and FXSR instruction sets. You're notably missing SSSE3 which unfortunately didn't get included in AMD Family 10h (16) but did get included in Family 14h (20) a few years later. |
