Develop in IDEA :generate workspace script went wrong

When i followed the steps in Develop in https://github.com/dbeaver/dbeaver/wiki/Develop-in-IDEA till step 9 :Execute the generate_workspace script in DBeaver, the git bash shows class org.codehaus.plexus.classworlds.launcher.Launcher not found.

I see you're on Windows. Have you tried exciting generate-workspace.cmd in the Window's Command prompt or Terminal?

Yes i have.But it responed the same error.

Yeah,maybe i have ,if you meant the DBeaver common repositories .

You must clone these repositories inside a single directory:

• https://github.com/dbeaver/dbeaver
• https://github.com/dbeaver/dbeaver-common
• https://github.com/dbeaver/dbeaver-jdbc-libsql
• https://github.com/dbeaver/dbeaver-osgi-common
• https://github.com/dbeaver/idea-rcp-launch-config-generator

Then run (using Windows CMD) dbeaver\generate_workspace.cmd

Maybe it is something wrong with my machine.After i cloned all the repositories and run mvn clean install in dbeaver-common folder,the issue still existed when i run generate_workspace.cmd using Windows CMD. I think the issue is due to differences in machine, because my teammate can successfully deploy the project following the guide:Develop in IDEA.

I skipped the step 9 in guide and cloned a workspace folder from my teammate. After i revised some root paths in files in workspace folder from my teammates' to mine, i followed remaining steps and successfully deployed the project.

It seems to be related to your local Maven installation. Despite having a Maven Wrapper included with dbeaver-common, somewhere mvn is still used instead of mvnw.

Can you run /dbeaver/generate_workspace.cmd script to generate project?

Maybe this is the reason.

Please try replacing path to mvnw to mvn in runGenerator.cmd at lines 26 and 30. Does it help?
