Correct way to Dockerize monorepo structure

This is example of docker file of my microservice:

it takes a big ammount of time to build this dockerfile since i have a lot of apps and it always download for each image all pnpm-lock file main
my pnpm-workspace.yaml (it has packages and built deps but i think that they are not needed here):

syncInjectedDepsAfterScripts:
- build
injectWorkspacePackages: true

To build 5 images will take me more than an hour, what am i doing wrong?

what i did is

now i copy just necessary root files and only libs + folder of app i need ->
it makes build time only for that app quite fast
