Document (& expose) hooks types

Hooks in .pnpmfiles haven been becoming more powerful lately, but there's still not a way to write them with full typesafety.
I was working on typing it myself, but realized a lot of what I want is already in pnpm.

Would it be possible to

1. expose a Pnpmfile type that module.exports can use, i.e.:

   // @ts-check
   
   /**
    * @import { Pnpmfile } from "pnpm/hooks";
    */
   
   /** @type {Pnpmfile} */
   module.exports = {};

2. Document that there can be list of hooks

3. (ideally) support ESM .pnpmfiles
