Incorrect glob pattern **/*.html routes for static sites on Windows #25386
Description
On Windows, run bun ./**/*.html in a folder with foo/index.html in it:
DEV Bun v1.3.4 ready in 54.55 ms
➜ http://localhost:3000/
Routes:
├── / → index.html
├── /blah → blah.html
└── /foo\ → foo\index.html
Press h + Enter to show shortcuts
... try to access http://localhost:3000/foo and it 404s.
Silly Windows backslashes need normalising/changing to forward slashes in the routes. The route should be /foo not /foo\.
