Not work with Unity 5.8.6

Thanks for you package.

I try to build demo project with latest version of Unity - 5.8.6.

And test failed with exception.

Exception is:
System.InvalidCastException: it is impossible to cast the object object "Unity.UnityContainer" to the type "Microsoft.Practices.Unity.IUnityContainer".

In Unity 5.86 namspaces without Microsoft.Practices. prefix.

It's only supporting Unity v4 - v5 and above introduced breaking changes

Thanks for you response. I downgrade Unity in my project to 4.0.1. And all work fine.

I've updated to unity 5 in my fork and it's working fine.
