unwanted files in %userprofile%

Current version (21.0.5-43) creates the following folder structure in user's home folder (C:\Users\USERNAME)

.eclipse
└── org.eclipse.equinox.security
    └── secure_storage

Please check if it is possible to put these files in data\ instead.
