How can I reproduce data in `il_trajs_finalized_images.jsonl`?

I was trying to find the corresponding goal indexes for human trajectories (i.e., il_trajs_finalized_images.jsonl) in env. But I found not all instructions in the states of data in il_trajs_finalized_images.jsonl can be found in env. I doubt the instructions in il_trajs_finalized_images.jsonl may be in a different version?

I realized the issue was the the price prompt appended an instruction. The get_goals() function randomly selects a price from the price range. But we don't know what was the seed for generating prices in il_trajs_finalized_images.jsonl. Can someone shed light on this?
