[Bug] Duplicate content URLs when written in markdown format

I have added 2 content URLs in markdown format(refer screenshot)

Shortcut to content URLs in the 'My Proposals' section shows duplicate URLs (It consider [http://url][1] [1]:http://url as 2 different URLs). Refer to screenshot for better understanding.

I ll be raising PR for the same.
