Student Feedback form

We need to come with set of question for student feedback form.
Once question are decide , we need to create form and enable student to fill form if they register for the workshop and it been completed.

@vnbang2003 can you please describe the above issue in a more structured way and also the files we need to alter to fix this.

Presently we allow only tutor and college POC to share feedback.
We want to add an option where the student can directly share feedback about the workshop.
This will provide us better understanding.

Implementation wise: It's sort of whole module to be developed. with below steps

1. Allow student to register(Done)
2. Allow student to choose college from profile page.
3. Allow student to be notified on any workshop request from thier college.
4. Register themself for Workshop.
5. Vote for attended workshop.

At phase 2 : We will even ask college POC to share list to verify list from website and student vote to filter wrong voting.

This is whole idea behind .
