QDialog/Loading breaks the page scroll in Safari #18082
Description
What happened?
After opening then closing a QDialog, the page no longer scrolls using the scroll wheel (using keyboard arrows still works).
What did you expect to happen?
Once closed, QDialog shouldn't affect scrolling.

How to reproduce?
Using Safari (tested with v 18.5):
2. Create a view with a standard layout (Page etc)
3. Toggle a QDialog display on/off
4. Try scrolling using the scroll wheel

The codepen does NOT replicate: I can't for the life of me get it to behave as I get locally (might have to do with the way the page is displayed). I will try and produce a reduce example that I can share…
