Custom Project Build Location

Current Behavior: Projects are automatically created in a default location without user input.
Requested Feature: Add an option to select/choose the directory where projects are built on the local machine.
Use Case: Users need to organize projects in specific folders, work across different drives, or maintain consistent file structures for backup/sync purposes.
Solution: Include a folder picker dialog during project creation or a settings option to set a default custom workspace path.
