What is the reason to have terminationGracePeriodSeconds: 604800 on the RabbitMQ clusters that are created by the operator?

In our 3 nodes cluster we have simulated network disconnects and in a rare case after network was resorted to the node RabbiMQ pod was not rebooted.

Long story short: to ensure there's no data loss and no data unavailable during pod restart.

We have 3 nodes air gap system that is running monitoring and control application.
Setting terminationGracePeriodSeconds back to 30 sec makes much sense then.
