[Feature Request] Add bulk actions to the Restate UI

Hey there,

While the CLI is very helpful for doing actions in Bulk - it doesn't expose (easily) the same filtering behavior and UX that the restate UI does (without manual shell scripting or SQL querying). As part of our Restate deployment - we have quite a few invocations running and managing them is sometimes a pain.

It would be super helpful UX if in the Invocations page, in the top right was a button that could do the following with the currently selected filter:

• Pause invocations
• Resume invocations
• Cancel invocations
• Kill invocations
• Restart as new
