[tw-animate-css] Dependency failure

While installing the gem with Rails importmap is failing to pin the dependency. I searched for the tw-animate-css package and seems like it's a CSS file so it can't be pinned, also the CDN repositories can't find it.

Hi @niconisoria,

While debugging I found that this commit introduced a change that breaks the way JSPM (used by Rails Importmap) interprets the package:

Wombosvideo/tw-animate-css@902e37a

I could be wrong, but it seems that the updated exports structure stops JSPM from resolving the package automatically.

For now, I see two possible workarounds:

Pin a previous working version:
bin/importmap pin tw-animate-css@1.3.8
