Remove twitter social media bias #5511

Today Rubygems.org allows the user to fill out their Full Name, Email and X handle.
Twitter used to be the major hub for tech people but that's no longer true. Social media has fragmented into many different sites over the last five years: Bluesky, Mastodon, Threads, Facebook and X. I'd like to see Rubygems remove the existing twitter_username functionality or adjust it to allow any social media site.
One could add a table of user_social_media(key, value), e.g. ("Mastodon", "https://ruby.social/@getajobmike") which is independent of any one service and would allow the user to point to their social media platform of choice. A migration could fill in the existing twitter data.
