Split the spec 0 into:

  • The spec & the explanation.

Move the Gantt chart to an "ecosytem" page that contain the packages whether or not they spec 0 or not.
Also allows 2 ends date:

  • suggest bump min version date for dependencies
  • Actual end of support.

Renaming to "bump min-version date" may lift confusion on "support".
