Graceful Shutdown and Restart of all Apps #309
Description
A new admin route should be defined so that all apps currently running on an appmaker node or all appmaker nodes can be stopped. This shutdown should be stateless that is the master server and other services should not differentiate between if an app is down or up.
A similar restart route should be present to restart all services scheduled for a node or all nodes.
This issue can be solved in phases where first a complete shutdown/restart over all nodes can be achieved and in later phases we can work on partial or node specific shut down.
