Missing data_annotation directory

Hello, it seems that you haven't provide the data_annotation directory in your code for flicker-30k and COCO dataset. Did you use the flicker30k/results_20130124.token file to generate the annotation file ?

Data_annotation files are only for COCO dataset. You need to download files from the original source for COCO dataset.
