Some Things that Would Be Needed:

• Standard SILE-aware .luacheckrc
• Basic GitHub linting action
• rockspec template = what happened to the old PR Some addings. #1 / Rockspec example added #2 with unaddressed comments, @jodros @alerque ?
• Basic busted configuration + GitHub test action
• Luarocks packed .rock as GitHub artifact pushed to tagged released (?)

  I am not sure pushing to Luarocks shall be part of the CI (it requires credentials etc., moreover it's sometimes easier to perform some smoke tests after drafting a release, and then only decide when to push to Luarocks etc.) but the "packed" rock could be prepared.

How is the standard for .luarcheckrc? I checked them through the repositories and they don't seem to be standardized.
