Include an I2C isolator in between Lagopus and waspmote I2C line

Add an I2C isolator in between the lagopus/lemming board i2c sensors on the lemming board that we prevent short problem in case of water/ice infiltration in the sensors. Shorts of the I2C line introduce noise and mess with RTC and PWR management of the mote which leeds to varied serious problems.
