read-write and read-only properties

Add support for read-write and read-only properties.

Not sure how high a priority this is. Seems like it would require some type of semantic analysis, or could do a simple string distance or word matching.

In addition, if want to fully implement Sutton's work, then should not show attributes that are not read/written.

Probably, something like require srcML file to have hpp file before cpp, and have method policy that collects dependency information, what members it accesses (will need to keep track of what is declared inside), and what it returns (is it a data member)? Then, send this off to srcuml listener, and it can then update if the field is read/written.
