Support creating temporary directory that is recursively deleted on drop

My use case is I'll need a directory where I'll put some files. Then some other process will generate files within that directory and I'll upload the generated files.

@ibotty I drafted some work for that in #7. Could you try using the crate from source and tell me if it works for your case?

This adds the TempDir type. Usage should be as you'd seen it from TempFile. It has a dir_path() method for getting the path (no surprises there) and it also implements Borrow<Path>, AsRef<Path> etc. if you need to pass it around directly. Just be careful not to accidentally drop it that way.

... I should probably remove those trait implementations there.

Sorry for not testing earlier. It works like a charm! I replaced my (non-async) tempfile's TempDir usage and only had to add a few awaits and change path to dir_path. Thank you!
