API Timestamp Return Data

How is the timestamp evaluated to determine which entries to pull when specifying a startAt and endAt in milliseconds in the endpoint? I'm entering a specific time range for the "sessions" endpoint, but it returns entries that are outside of the period I specified.

For example, the startAt here should translate to 2025-03-08T12:57:00.000Z and the endAt should be 2025-03-08T13:05:00.000Z. However, the results I get back fall outside of that timestamp.

Is there another specific format I should follow or is there a tool that you recommend using to validate that we are using the correct timestamps?
