feat: Update and compile translations

This commit updates the translation files for French and Arabic, adding missing translations and ensuring all messages are up-to-date.

- Regenerated .po files using .
- Added missing translations for French and Arabic.
- Compiled .po files to .mo files using .

In addition, this commit includes some related changes:

- Updated npm packages to their latest versions.
- Refactored and added new styles to .
- Removed the  file.
- Added a new view for handling SMS-based issue reporting.
- Fixed a minor issue in the Alien.local flag condition.
