[Android][Native]Properties of selected elements do not appear in HD

Current behavior 🐛

Properties of a selected element do not appear when using a Native rendered build

Hot Reload Output:

Expected behavior 🎯

The user is able to access an element's properties while in Hot Design

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible) 🔬

1. Create a Native Rendered project for Android
2. Launch the app while using Debugger
3. Enter into HD mode
4. Click on an element in the element tree

Observe that the properties are not visible

@khaskoul this issue is also happening with previous 6.4 SR6 (Uno.Sdk 6.4.40) for example when I am using the same workaround mentioned in 21881 to avoid the crash for 21910.
