Adding a parser combinator class to core vavr

I've been writing a simple parser combinator on VAVR, which looks something like this:

public interface Parser<T> {
    public abstract Either<Failure,Tuple2<T, In>> parsePart(In in);
}

with input

record In(String s, int pos) { /* ... */ }

and failure type

record Failure(Seq<String> expected, int pos) { /* ... */ }

It's a single self-contained class, implementing parser combinators like parsecj, funcj and others, but neatly integrating with VAVR. It's feature complete with map, flatMap, and various expected other combinators.

Would there be interest to include this?
