Create responsive page that has a tile per crew #15
Description
Each tile should be a table that is strucutred to contain the crew start/stop button, timer fields, name, number and oar.gif.
On a laptop or ipad there will be 2 or 3 tiles in a row and on an iPhone there would be one tile per row.
