prisma and express setup

Summary

im creating a express server in the apps/server and from packages/database im getting the prisma client
but when I cd into the apps/server it is saying :

when I run .ts file via tsx it is running but it is not running the ./dist/index.js from /server

Additional information

please help to resolve this issue. if any proper docs to setup express and with prisma and how to config the package.json and ts-config that would be great help
