Unexplained OTEL error spans from workflow

Hi,

Otel instrumentation reports multiple error level spans for new workflows:

WORKFLOW.run workflow//workflow/whatsapp-automation/index.ts//whatsappAutomationWorkflow

While the Observability & Logs show no signs of error.
Version: 4.0.1-beta.22

Can you tell why?

I believe #567 resolves this issue (to be released in workflow@4.0.1-beta.29 #561)
