Regression in pipeline `Preventing crashing of geo properties ...` with async

The pipeline run-with-mmap / Preventing crashing of geo properties during HNSW maintenance cycles times out when async is enabled as geo indexing is slower.

@aliszka mentions he thinks it may be related to geo index being updated synchronously with async ON as opposed to being modified asynchronously by (1.5*cores) number of workers when async is OFF.
